The 320B Blackbox echosounder is a compact version of the 320M system. The 320B has the same functionality of the 320M, minus the printer and the front panel controls. The 320B echosounder uses a SCSI link to a notebook or personal computer. All echosounder control functions are managed through the Knudsen SounderSuite WindowsR interface and echo data is scrolled across the computer screen. The graphic record data can be stored to any WindowsR device, such as optical drives, hard drives and CD. Survey tools such as GPS, heave sensors, and dataloggers are easily integrated. The standard 320B system, housed in an aluminum case, is designed for bulkhead or wall mount.
